This form of exercise is excellent for both fitness and strength. It incorporates psychomotor skills as well as core,strength and agility. It will not put undo tension on joints unlike weight lifting can do. The resistance comes from your own body weight, performed in correct form this type of training is extremely functional in everyday practise. Many athletes and military forces use this form as it is incredibly effective while needing minimal equipment so can be implemented in most environments. A very enjoyable and rewarding form to choose should you wish to try something new and different.

HYPERTROPHY, STRENGTH, POWER

 

Typically known as weight lifting, body building and power lifting. Most people at some point in there life have taken part or tried this form of training. Executed correctly with support and guidance, this form of training has the most dramatic manipulation on muscle tissue for size and shape. All exercise should be combined with the correct nutrition plan but this form is particularly important to be able to achieve extremely low body fat composition while maintaining lean muscle mass. This form of training is incorporated into most other forms as all exercise requires strength and muscle growth. It is compromised of isolated and compound lifts and movements. Each in turn serve a specific need toward aesthetic development.

Isometric exercise is excellent for producing fast response for athletes while High Intensity Interval Training aka H.I.I.T is great for over all general fitness contributing to fat loss and weight management and sustained aerobic training to push the limits within endurance sports as well as incorporating circuit training with Tabata as well as many others forms to engineer a structured programme that will develop you the body and mind set to accomplish the challenge that is in front of us.
